automatic sampler (OAS) is designed and developed for sampling plastics during washing
& recycling manufacture, the sampling process can be timed, quantitative
and remotely controllable which will reduce labors, and inspect raw materials,
control the quality of end plastic products.
Through the
internal structure and the electronic control system of OAS, the customer can
set the interval sampling
time according to production situation by PLC, each sample weighs 200g (±50g), it is available
for customized development of sampling materials, sampling grams, and multiple
channel sampling.
The
sampler operates with high efficiency and low energy consumption, without any
pollution during the sampling process, and can collect food-grade material. With
the integrated design of the device, the system runs smoothly, and the daily maintenance
