Billion Industrial Holding Co., Ltd. is an excellent supplier of polyester filament in the world, which to be the main worldwide research and development base of a high-tech fiber. It owns Billion Poly Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., Billion Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. and Billion Industrial（Vietnam）.
As a leading sample enterprise of export in China, the Billion Industrial and Vietnam government signed an investment cooperation agreement in 2017, a wholly-owned subsidiary Vietnam Billion Industrial Co., Ltd. established to produce polyester flakes, chips, and polyester filament (POY, FDY, DTY). They find Boretech to provide the washing process solution and equipment for PET bottle flakes recycling in Vietnam.
The customer purchases cold-washed PET flakes in Vietnam and obtain recycled rPET flakes for filament production in its factory through the recycling process by Boretech. According to the characteristics of cold washed PET bottle flakes in Vietnam and the detailed requirement of customers, Boretech supply a customized process design in controlling the final PET flakes size, and at the same time, the washing process has been improved the automation to reduce the online labors. The input capacity of this washing project is 8000 kg/h. Finally, high-quality filament grade flakes are obtained for the production of recycled POY, and the annual output capacity is expected to reach 8-10W tons.
Under the epidemic situation, the customer has completed the two PET flakes washing equipment positioning and installation under the remote guidance and assistance of our engineers, and the project start-up in December 2021.
