Post-consumer PET bottles are often compressed into bales for easier transportation and storage. Typically, the wires or straps that bind the PET bottle bales are manually cut, and the bales are conveyed to the Bale Breaker. The mechanical force from the Bale Breaker shaft loosens the bales, preparing them for the next stage of processing.
Relying on manual labor or inefficient equipment can result in a time-consuming debaling process and increased labor costs.
