Dust and Label Aspirator (Zig-zag separator)

The Mega Aspirator is a negative pressure dust separation device independently developed and manufactured by BORETECH. It aims to address the inefficiency issues prevalent in plastic recycling equipment while enhancing flake purification effectiveness.

A specially designed feeding device ensures uniform distribution of PET flakes, with precise control over airflow and pressure to prevent material accumulation that might affect separation efficiency.
Test results indicate that the Mega Aspirator achieves a separation efficiency of up to 99%, with a loss rate of less than 1% for PET flakes.
