Customer wants to make high tenacity white and grey fiber for their inhouse consumption. To make high tenacity fiber, the cleanness of the flakes is extremely high required. The project manager has experience of operating BoReTech washing line in Meerut, He visited BoReTech website and send the inquiry directly. After several communications. BoReTech’s team provided a customized proposal based on the customer’s actual needs.

This is the first operated 6 ton/hr washing line in India, the line is configured two sets of bottle optical sorter and 1 set of flakes color sorter. The 1^st washing line in India has two steps of optical sorting and flakes sorting unit. Complete line can be operated through SCADA to achieve better quality flakes. The installation and commissioning of this project have been completed in May.2020. The customer highly praised BoReTech engineers for their professionalism and service spirit.
